Cancellations are not accepted after 14 days of the date the shoes were purchased due to the fact that I will have already purchased the shoe.
If you need to cancel please request cancellation before the 14 days have passed.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and returns will be considered under two conditions:
1. The product was damaged in transit
2. I sent you the wrong product.
Any other reasons will not be acceptable because of the fact that I cannot return them to the store once customized. But I will try my best to ensure that we are both happy with the transaction.
